Orders & Payments
- We accept payments by credit card in USD currency (Secured by Stripe)
- We ship world-wide using Priority Air Mail with flat rates shipping fees based on the weight of the items; You will be shown all shipping charges at final check-out before making the payment;
- All products are handmade to order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after receiving the payment confirmation;
IMPORTANT: All our items are handmade to order within 2 days and shipped via International Airmail Standard which is delivered by a local post service (USPS, Royal Mail etc.) in your country. This is not a registered service by default (w/o tracking), but you can opt for tracked shipping during checkout (International Airmail Signed). Shipping time estimates are subject to clients’ location, weather conditions and customs screenings, so please kindly wait. Usually items arrive faster than our estimates, but some parcels are selected for customs screenings.

- USA & World Wide: 2 - 4 weeks
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All products are handmade-to-order within 48h after order confirmation. Please consider this and order responsible.
- In case of a return, please contact us via the contact form;
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition. Customized, used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged;
- We offer store credit for all returns and you may exchange your item with a different finish or product. If you want to exchange the product you purchased with a more expensive product please contact us to transfer the amount difference;
- We do not refund shipping costs, custom duties or transaction fees;
- All returned items must be shipped with tracking codes.

- Items with custom color requests;
- Items with custom size requests;
- Items custom sized (belts, bracelets, phone sleeves/wallets);
- Items with custom engravings;
