ODER & PAYMENT
- We accept PayPal payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, please ask a friend to complete the transaction for you;
- Shipping fees, return fees and custom duties are not refundable under any circumstance;
- We ship world-wide using Priority Air Mail with flat rates shipping fees based on the weight of the items; You will be shown all shipping charges at final check-out before making the payment;
- All orders are shipped in the order they are received within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the payment confirmation statement from the payments operator;
- The shipping time frame for special items with customized sizes (custom items, belts) is 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using Priority Air Mail. Shipping time estimates are subject to clients’ location, weather conditions and customs screenings, so please kindly wait. Usually items arrive faster than our estimates, but some parcels are randomly selected by customs for screenings and this can delay the shipping:
- Europe – 1 week (customs screenings can delay up to 3 weeks)
- World Wide – 2 weeks (customs screenings can delay up to 4 weeks)
IMPORTANT: Priority Air Mail is not a registered mail service (w/o tracking number). However, when you place your order you may request in order comments for registered shipping instead of priority shipping, for which we won’t extra charge you. Please note that tracked parcels are charged with import taxes by some customs, shipping takes longer because of tracking and the package will not be delivered directly. Provided that registered shipping takes longer, most clients prefer the default priority shipping without tracking, but in some cases we add the tracking option for security reasons.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not pleased and want to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date to communicate you the product return procedure.(Returns will be refused after 14 days from the delivery confirmation have elapsed.)
- Returns are only accepted if you notify us about the return;
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition. Customized, used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged;
- We offer store credit for all returns and you may exchange your item with a different finish or product. If you want to exchange the product you purchased with a more expensive product please contact us to transfer the amount difference;
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping;
- We do not refund shipping costs, custom duties or credit card fees;
- All returned parcels must be insured when shipped.
The following item characteristics are on final sale:
- Items with custom color requests;
- Items with custom material requests;
- Items with custom size requests;
- Items custom sized (belts, bracelets, straps, phone sleeves/wallets);
- Items with custom engravings and personalized;
- Items altered, worn or used.
